Bury offers a wide range of employment opportunities within the hospitality, catering, and food industries. These include roles in cafés and bars in the town centre, as well as positions in school kitchens and the food production sector.
This qualification is a regulated and nationally recognised award for individuals who are working in, or planning to work in, the food industry. Assessment is carried out through a multiple-choice exam at the end of the course.
