By the end of the course, you will be able to:

Make a savoury dish.
Make different pasties or pies.
Make the fillings for pasties or pies.
Cover a fruit cake with marzipan.
Decorate a Christmas cake.
Learn how to make a sponge cake and identify when it is cooked and what to look out for.
Make cupcakes and decorate them.
