This is a course for those learners who have sensory, physical or cognitive impairments, neuro-divergent or with mental health conditions. A pre course interview is required, please contact us on 0161 253 5772 to arrange this.
This 2-week course is designed to help you build confidence in working in a kitchen either in a paid or voluntary role.
By the end of the course, I will be able to:
Know my personal responsibilities under the Health and Safety at Work Act.
Know why it is important to work in a safe and hygienic way.
