On this course you will learn how to make a variety of dishes. You will learn how to prepare the ingredients and how to cook them the correct way for the dish you are making. You will also learn how to prepare it safely in the kitchen and that hygiene is important when cooking in a kitchen. You will learn to cook the food to the correct temperature, so it is safe to eat. You will use a mixture of ingredients from fresh foods to convenience.
