This is a course is ideal for learner who need to build their confidence up working within a kitchen environment. More people are seeing a vegetarian diet as the healthy and tastier option and more cafes and eateries are turning towards this alternative cuisine. Meat options are available yet you will need to state this at your initial assessment so that this can be ordered in.
