Bury has thriving retail and hospitality sectors and the Christmas period, as well as the build up to it, will be a busy time. During this course you will explore the many job opportunities within the customer service industry that become available to cover this busy period and you will be supported to develop the skills to apply for the opportunities available. You will also have an opportunity to update your CV and meet with colleagues from the National Careers Service, who are able to offer career information, advice and guidance.
By the end of the course I will be able to:

Identify skills from my home life or hobbies etc. that can be transferred to the employment area.
